Promotion Overview: This promotion is run by Ecotricity Limited (“the Promoter”). It is open to eligible individuals who switch to Ecotricity’s Green Variable Tariff between Monday 18 August and Tuesday 11 September 2025, inclusive. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Only one incentive per household is permitted.

Incentives: Customers who successfully complete a switch to the Green Variable Tariff during the promotional period will receive:

  • One free EcoTalk SIM with 30GB of data for 1 month

  • Automatic entry into a prize draw to win one of the following:

  • 2 x tickets to Vegan Camp Out 2026

  • 1 x full Forest Green Rovers matchday hospitality experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The offer is only valid for customers who switch to Ecotricity’s Green Variable Tariff

  • Other Ecotricity tariffs are not eligible.

  • Switches must be fully completed (i.e. the customer must be on supply) by Tuesday 16 September 2025.

  • The offer is open to new customers and to existing Ecotricity customers switching from a different Ecotricity tariff during the promotional period.

  • Only available to customers in mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands).

The offer is not available to:

  • Individuals who cancel their switch within the 14-day cooling-off period after going live

  • Existing customers already on the Green Variable Tariff

  • Customers awaiting supply start dates from a previous application

  • Ecotricity employees

  • Households that have redeemed another Ecotricity switching incentive within the past 12 months

Ecotalk SIM Offer:

  • Eligible customers will be provided with a coupon code to claim one free Ecotalk SIM with 30GB of data for 1 month.

  • Customers must use the coupon to sign up via the EcoTalk website. Once the order is completed, the SIM will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class.

  • One SIM per household. Additional charges apply after the 30-day period unless the customer chooses to continue with an EcoTalk plan.

Prize Draw Details:

  • The draw will take place on Wednesday 17 September 2025.

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number on their Ecotricity account.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Vegan Camp Out 2026 Tickets

  • Includes 2 x weekend tickets with camping

  • Travel, parking, and other costs not included

Forest Green Rovers Hospitality Experience

  • Includes hospitality for a family of up to 4 people (adults and/or children) at a Forest Green Rovers home game during the 2025/26 season

  • The package includes:

  • On-site parking at The New Lawn stadium

  • A reserved table in the Carol Embrey Suite

  • A three-course vegan meal for all guests

  • Match date to be arranged in agreement with the club and subject to availability

  • Travel to the venue is not included

Data Sharing: Where appropriate, the name and email address of prize winners will be shared with:

  • Vegan Camp Out organisers to issue festival tickets

  • Forest Green Rovers to arrange the hospitality experience This data will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the prize and will not be used for marketing purposes without further consent.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays or failure in communication due to incorrect customer contact details or other factors outside its reasonable control.
