Vegan Camp Out Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions:
Promotion: The offer is available to new customers joining Ecotricity on an applicable tariff, and also existing customers of Ecotricity who switch from another tariff to an applicable tariff for one Vegan Camp Out 2024 ticket at 50% off. The Promoter is Ecotricity Limited. The Laws of England & Wales govern this promotion.
Incentive: One adult ticket for Vegan Camp Out 2024 (26-29 July 2024) at 50% off the early bird ticket price (£70). Customers will pay £35 for the ticket. Ticket includes camping for the weekend. Parking for any vehicles is not included and can be purchased separately on the Vegan Camp Out website. The Incentive does not include costs of travel to/from Vegan Camp Out.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to gain entry or re-entry to Vegan Camp Out due to behaviour or failure to meet Vegan Camp Out’s admission requirements. Ticket holders are responsible for checking Vegan Camp Out’s admission requirements prior to arrival.
If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, no cash alternative or ticket rollover will be available.

The offer is open to UK residents, aged 18 and over, who apply for electricity and/or gas under the Ecotricity/VCO24 offer.
Only one Ecotricity offer per household can be redeemed in one calendar year.
Only available for addresses in mainland UK (exc. N.Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).
The offer applies to Ecotricity’s Green Electricity and Green Gas tariffs. Other tariffs available from Ecotricity are not eligible for the offer.
The offer is available to new customers joining Ecotricity on an applicable tariff and also existing customers of Ecotricity who switch from another tariff to an applicable tariff. The offer is for one ticket per household, not per fuel.
The offer is not available (a) to those who have already applied and are awaiting a supply start date(s), (b) to existing Ecotricity customers who are already on supply on the applicable tariff, (c) if we’re unable to provide the supply of mains electricity or gas, (d) to pay as you go customers, (e) to applicants who cancel their application to switch to Ecotricity within the 14 days after their supply goes live.
Providing their account has been live for 14 days, as set out above, the Customer will be sent a unique discount code, to the email address on their account, allowing purchase of a ticket to Vegan Camp Out 2024 with 50% off the full ticket price.
The 50% off discount is only applicable to the ticket price, any additional fees or add ons such as parking, additional tickets and admin fees are not included in this discount.
The Promoter cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery due to incorrect email address details being provided or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
If you are unable to attend Vegan Camp Out 2024 for any reason, no cash alternative or ticket rollover will be available.
