What happens if I change my mind?

You have until 14 days after your new Fixed Tariff starts to change your mind without penalty. Just let us know by calling us on 0345 555 7 100, or email home@ecotricity.co.uk and we'll discuss your options with you. You can also see all our available tariffs in your online account - but remember, our EcoLoyalty Tariff is a special tariff which you won't see in your online account.
